Fast and Delicious Low Carb Diet Meals

One great meal in particular would be Chinese topped chicken and mashed cauliflower, and the ingredients that you need for this recipe are as
follows: 5 oz. of boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 tbsp. shredded/grated low fat cheese, 1 medium tomato sliced, ¼ tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp.
olive or canola oil, 4 oz. cauliflower florets, and 1 tsp. of light butter.
Then, what you do is beat the chicken breast to flatten it, then place it in an oven dish and drizzle oil over it, then cook it covered in
foil, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove the chicken from the oven, top with sliced tomato and cheese, and then
grill it until the cheese melts. Finally, you just need to boil or microwave the cauliflower until it is soft, and then mash with butter and
pepper.
Another great recipe is one called salmon fillet with mayonnaise and vegetables, and for this one you will need: 5 oz. salmon fillet/cutlet, 1
tbsp. low fat mayonnaise, 5 cherry tomatoes, and ½ cup of cooked broccoli. In order to make this recipe you need to first place the salmon under
a hot broiler/grill together with the tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes on both sides, turning once, and then top the salmon with mayonnaise and serve
with the cooked broccoli.
Yet another great recipe is one called stir-fried turkey strips and salad, and for this you will need: 6 oz. boneless skinless turkey breast,
2 tsp. olive or canola oil, 1 clove of minced/chopped garlic, ¼ tsp. paprika, 2 cups of lettuce, 1 cup of sliced cucumber, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1
tbsp. reduced fat dressing, and 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds.
To make this recipe you need to simply cut the turkey breast into thin strips and sprinkle with paprika, then heat the oil in a non-stick
skillet or pan, and add the turkey strips and then cook quickly, making sure that you turn all the time, for about 4-5 minutes.
